Agency Personal and Commercial Producer

Responsibilities:

Your focus will be to bring in new business and maintain your clientele base.  You will have the opportunity to write with the best A-rated national carriers from the start.  Your opportunity for success can easily have you making over $50,000 or more within the first year with the potential to earn over $100,000/year.  

As an Agency Producer, you will be mentored by a company principal and provided exceptional hands on training.  We offer a strong compensation agreement, bonus structure, and the opportunity to own a percentage of your book of business.  You will have the ability to spend your time focusing on sales and retention.  Niche markets available if desired.  Our office handles the day to day operations and servicing of your clients.

Requirements:

  • Interested in candidates in all levels of their business career.

  • Texas Property and Casualty license required or must be obtained within 30 days.

  • Previous insurance experience preferred but not required.

  • Passion for sales and extremely goal oriented with ability to work independently.

Agency Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Diligently review all policies and documents pertaining to the client’s coverage and ensure its accuracy.

  • Maintain client relations with billing and correspondence to help improve agency retention.

  • Identify client’s exposures to loss using tools such as exposure checklists, coverage questionnaires and accord applications.

  • Enthusiastically communicate and secure the best coverage and value for our clients.

  • Proactively reach out to our existing clients and qualified prospects using proven techniques which include account rounding, value added policies and obtaining referrals.

  • Communicate in a timely manner with all parties regarding client transactions.You will deal with the client, the carrier, third parties and all other agency personnel to ensure quality control minimizing errors and omissions.

  • Maintain a strong work ethic to with a total commitment to success every day.

  • Encouraged to recommend opportunities for improvements and success as you identify them.

Requirements:

  • Texas Property and Casualty license preferred or willing to getting in the future.

  • Previous insurance experience desired.

  • Positive attitude and enjoy working with people.

  • Proactive in problem solving skills.

  • Extremely detail oriented.

  • Ability to adapt and think ahead.

  • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize within a fast paced environment.

Compensation is based on prior experience and qualification.  The position will have ample opportunity to earn bonuses and increase pay.  Paid vacation earned after 90 days.  The position is part time and can quickly move into a full-time position.  Hours are flexible within the regular office hours.

  • Meeting new business production goals and objectives as established.

Agency Intern for Social Media and Marketing

DFW Insurance Professionals is looking for a quality intern to help the agency maximize their online presence, expand the agency social media and develop multiple marketing campaigns.  This is a great opportunity for you to add quality work to your resume. 

You must available for a minimum of 10 hours per week. Days and time are flexible, but must be available during normal business hours (M-F 9am-5pm).

Must be proficient with:

  • Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn
  • Adobe Photoshop or similar program
  • Microsoft Word and Excel

Must be capable of researching and writing industry related articles and letters.

Having basic to extended knowledge with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a plus.

You will need to be prepared to show prior work experience or completed projects showing how your talent and expertise will apply to the open job position.
